WET HOPSFreshly harvested hops that have not been dried are often used in seasonal brews to impart a fresh, full flavor. It's important to retain the freshness of wet hops, so they're often added to brews within hours of harvest.
For breweries and home brewers in Southwest Ohio, Scott Farms can offer a source for high quality, wet hops during harvest in late August. Contact us for details! |
HOP PELLETSScott Farms' on-farm oast house and processing facility allow us to pelletize and package our hops. The pellets are packaged in light proof bags flushed with nitrogen and stored at cool temperatures.
Pellets can be easily stored and used for a wide variety of beer styles and brewing practices. |
